You will learn how to roll sushi, how to cook pasta al-dente and how to bake a chocolate cake. Join the Cooking Workshop and fall in love with the flavours, colours and aromas of the kitchens of the world. Both beginners and more advanced cooks are most welcome! You need a notebook, a pencil and an apron with you.
Workshop teacher Mari-Kaisa is home-economics teacher and as such she does all kinds of cooking projects. She has been a food-stylist in TV-shows, planned and improved recipes, been a consult in matters concerning food and party planning and worked as a home-economics teacher in junior high school and in different food courses. Mari-Kaisa has lived in Japan for 12 years and therefore the Japanese and also other ethnic cuisines are especially important to her. |
